• Wanted: “Science Help” Suggestions

I am looking for resources that focus on self-improvement (book, youtube channel, website, blog, magazine, anything) using scientifically derived knowledge (instead of mystic quackery or intuitive sounding platitudes) as their backbone. The best examples I am aware of include Psychological Self Help, 59 Seconds, The Procrastination Equation, Mindset, and The Depression Cure. What are your favorite resources along those lines?
