Appearance on WNEP-TV 16 – June 14, 2013

WNEP-TV 16 — a television news station serving Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania — covered my objection to government-led prayer at the June 13, 2013 Wilkes-Barre City Council meeting.

For extensive details concerning my objection, please read my reasoning in a piece titled “Why I object to government-led prayers at Wilkes-Barre City Council meetings.” Watch the video of my news appearance below.

There are some slight errors and concerns I have with the the video:
My last name is pronounced VUH – COOL – UH, not VACK-YOU-LUH.
There is no reason to call me a “self-proclaimed atheist.”
I am the co-organizer and spokesperson of the NEPA Freethought Society, not the founder.
Freethought is one word, not two.

Thanks to WNEP-TV 16 for covering this story.
