    Holy laughter. Laughing for Jesus. A “laughologist.” I can’t make these things up.

    The Laughologist confronts Holy Laughter, one of the most extreme forms of practiced laughter. Here, hundreds of adherents believe that Jesus laughs through them.

    Because believers believe their laughter is holy, they laugh in a wild unrestrained way, often falling down and rolling on the floor. They call it “carpet time.”
