I had to double check just to be sure this was not a parody account, because it sounds just like the sort of thing that The Onion might well imagine WBC saying. Sure enough, WBC is simultaneously scheduled to picket “THE BORING WASTEFUL FACE OF MODERN, DOOMED AMERICAN ‘SCIENCE'” and “THE WORTHLESS & WASTEFUL FACE OF MODERN, DOOMED AMERICAN ‘JOURNALISM'” at the same place and time. No doubt the University of Oklahoma is flattered to discover that they have become the face of modernity in so many and various respects.
