• Graph of the Week – American Religion

    UntitledOver at the Corner of Church and State blog, Tobin Grant has posted an excellent graph which depicts almost all the major religious groups in America in terms of median age and prevalence of college graduates. I’ve included a low-res preview here to whet your data appetite, but you’ll have to visit the original post to see the chart in all its glory.

    In my youth, my family started off in big black circle (Catholicism) and ended up in one of the big blue circles (Southern Baptist) by way of a few other circles. The relative positions of the three yellow circles (atheist, agnostic, UU) may be of particular interest to readers here.
